New Smile Dental Group in Costa Rica should be anyone's first choice when looking for high-quality dental experience in Costa Rica. Experienced and competent doctors, friendly staff, nice office, and perhaps most importantly very reasonably priced compared to other dental offices in San Jose. If doctors' integrity and skills are important to you, I would look no further and make your appointment with New Smile Dental Group now. You will not be disappointed with the choice you've made.
My name is Sandra Terra. I live in Florida, Jacksonville Beach.
I've had at this clinic, primarily I came down here for a couple of crowns and I thought I needed an implant but the doctor said: no, you need a bridge, so I got a bridge, a Crown, a filling, my teeth cleaned and a night guard, the first time I came down.
I did a lot of research online before I made a choice regarding medical tourism, actually and I looked 4 to 5 different clinics and in different parts of the world: Thailand, Mexico, and here, and based on reviews and my research, I chose New Smile.
I think everybody is very nice, very professional. When I first came here, the first thing I did was checked up the bathroom because if the bathroom is clean then I thought everything else would be fine, everyone is just really really nice and it's nice that almost everyone speaks English or at least understands it cause my Spanish is bad.
The clinic from the moment I arrived was impressive, on every level. Almost everyone is bilingual, everyone is incredibly friendly, incredibly helpful, I can't obviously be kindly enough about it and then, I was lucky enough to meet the doctor who expertly first did x-ray me, this was prior any cost being even discussed. I then, met the doctor who as I said, he's the head of the clinic, he looked at my x-rays and he said to me: "how do you feel about your dentures" and I said "how do you think I feel? I don't feel good", he said "well, what's kept you from having it replaced", then I said "very simple, the expense", I can't afford to have implants put in and I checked with more than one dentist in the US and its simple, it's out of my league and he said "ok, let's talk". We talk about it, he gave me a price of having the lower part of my jaw, having implants put in and not a removable denture but a permanent situation, very similar it was like when I had my own teeth.
On a referral from a friend, I went to have an evaluation done with Dr. Bonilla. Really was a great decision and I am very happy with the work done. Very professional bi-lingual staff, state-of-the-art equipment, and very competitive prices. They did in less than 2 weeks what would have taken 2 months in the USA and at a much lower cost. But don't let the great prices fool you. The work I had done and was top quality and I now have a smile that I am not afraid to show off!
